Training as a Matter of Support
Our company provides training on all of the software applications that we develop. Since the majority of our software is highly intuitive in nature, the training that we provide is typically completed in a relatively short period of time. This is a direct result of our commitment to developing products that are as user friendly as possible. As well, each application is either Windows or Browser based, and therefore the "look and feel" of what is on the user's computer screen is very similar to what most people are accustomed to. Help Documentation All of our software ships with context-sensitive help. This documentation is an excellent reference tool for users after the initial training has been completed. |
