What is Website Maintenance?
Website maintenance includes revising or editing existing web pages and the periodic addition of new web pages. Websites are not intended to be static. One of the benefits of a website is the ability to maintain current information online at a reasonable cost. Typically, you will want to revise some or all of your web pages over time, as well as add or remove web pages according to your changing business needs. To assist you in maintaining current information online, we offer several options for website maintenance. If you feel that you will require minimal changes to your website over time, we can provide maintenance services on an hourly basis, at $50.00 per hour, with a 1 hour minimum charge. These rates are consistent with our website development charges. Save with a Maintenance Agreement If you need regular changes to your website, you can save money with a website maintenance agreement. A maintenance agreement covers an entire year and the monthly cost is carefully determined based on the size of your website and the expected number of changes per month. It could include, for example, regular updates to an online newsletter, updates to promote time sensitive events, or changes in contact information, products or services. Under our maintenance agreement, you are entitled to make an unlimited number of text revisions to existing web pages. As well, we amend "broken" links, backup and recovery of web pages, check spelling and tune the performance of your web site. Additionally, we can add new web pages to your website at a discounted rate. Why Should You Maintain Your Website? Your website is a refection of your company.
